Terms & Conditions

1. Marks4Cars.co.uk is the company website of "Hallmark Reg. Ltd".
   "Hallmark Reg. Ltd" has been trading in registration numbers for over 20 years.
   
   
2. Marks4Cars.co.uk shall be responsible for handling the documentation required to transfer the registration number and will process the transfer as quickly as possible, however Marks4Cars.co.uk will NOT be liable for any losses caused due to delay on the part of Marks4Cars.co.uk or the DVLA. Marks4Cars.co.uk will not be liable for any damages or expense incurred.
   
   
   
3. A 10% deposit will secure any number up to the time of transfer. The full invoiced amount is payable before the transfer can be implemented. Marks4Cars will contact the buyer, and give instructions on the payment procedure.
   
   
4. Most registrations are subject to VAT. All registrations are subject to a £105.00 retention certificate transfer fee.
   
   
   
5. The Buyer shall be responsible for sending to Marks4Cars.co.uk the full payment for the Number plus VAT (when applicable) plus the transfer fee of £105.00, payable to "Hallmark Reg. Ltd", and for producing all the required documentation for the vehicle onto which the registration number will be transferred.
   
   
   
6. If the Buyer does not proceed with the transfer of the registration number after paying a 10% deposit to Marks4Cars, or fails to supply the full documentation required by the DVLA to process the transfer, no part of the 10% deposit is refundable.
   
   
   
7. If the transaction fails due to no fault on the part of the Buyer, a FULL REFUND will be given, and all documents returned.
   
   
   
8. The issue of a Vehicle Registration Document V5 bearing the new registration number to the Buyer from the DVLA Swansea shall be conclusive proof that a successful Transfer has taken place.
   
   
   
9. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to buy and fit the new number plates to the vehicle.
